kikiriya Terms and Conditions — Please read before using the platform

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kikiriya platform and all its services. "kikiriya", "we", and "our" refer to the kikiriya.vu website and its operating entity. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any individual who has registered on kikiriya or is using the platform.

By creating an account on kikiriya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Although these terms are written in Bengali, the governing legal document is in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account on kikiriya. kikiriya reserves the right to terminate any account found to have been created with false or misleading information.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential. kikiriya is not liable for any issues arising from you sharing your password with another person.
• The KYC verification process may require submission of a government-issued ID. Identity verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Keep the mobile number and email address provided during registration active — important communications will be sent through these channels.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account for any reason, kikiriya reserves the right to temporarily suspend that account.

Kikiriya is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from creating an account or using the platform in any capacity.

If kikiriya confirms that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Deposits on kikiriya can be made via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank cards. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method.

• Deposit: Successful deposits are usually reflected in your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Currency: kikiriya supports transactions in multiple currencies, including BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). kikiriya is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion rates.
• Transaction Security: All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
• Third-Party Restriction: Deposits may not be made using another person's account or payment method. The name of the sender must match the name of the account holder.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.

• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn. Requirements vary by bonus — typically ranging from 15x to 30x the original bonus amount.
• Bonus Expiry: Most bonuses have an expiry date. Once expired, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be automatically forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: If more than one bonus is active at the same time, kikiriya will determine the order in which they are applied.
• Bonus Abuse: Using artificial betting patterns to exploit bonuses is prohibited. If detected, the bonus will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Free Spins: A maximum withdrawal limit applies to winnings earned from free spin bonuses.

The following rules apply when participating in Sports Betting and casino games on kikiriya:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the cash-out option is active.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, kikiriya reserves the right to void that bet.
• If match-fixing or any irregularity is found, the outcome of the related bet may be voided.
• If a match is not completed and no official result is issued, the stake is generally returned to the bettor.
• Kikiriya sets the maximum bet limits for Sports Betting, and these limits are subject to change at any time.

Kikiriya is not directly liable for technical issues on the part of game providers. Third-party game providers' own terms and conditions may also apply.

The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal from kikiriya:

• Identity Verification: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. A copy of a government-issued ID may be required.
• Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Time Limit: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Delays may occur on weekends or public holidays.
• Minimum Amount: A minimum withdrawal amount applies to each transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold are not permitted.

• Using the platform for money laundering or depositing illegally obtained funds
• Harassing, deceiving, or threatening other users
• Registering using fake credentials or another person's identity
• Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets

Kikiriya reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these terms
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious transactions
• Providing a false identity or submitting inaccurate information
• To comply with applicable laws or directives from regulatory authorities
• In the interest of security or maintaining platform integrity

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance (where applicable and in the absence of any violations) will be refunded.

Kikiriya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.
